So while it doesn’t look like it will be getting any cooler anytime soon it’s definitely time to try this delicious and simple protein-packed ice cream recipe from our friends at PhD Nutrition. High Protein Ice Cream Ingredients Required: 1 scoop of PhD Smart Protein Chocolate Brownie ½ cup of unsweetened almond milk ½ tsp of unsweetened cacao powder 2 tbsp of peanut butter (or almond butter) 1 (or more) frozen banana Instructions 1.
